An Act relative to the endowment match program.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 15E of chapter 15A of the General Laws, as appearing in the official acts of 2016, is amended by striking, in the second paragraph, in lines 8 and 12, the words “subject to appropriation,” and by inserting at the end of said section the following sentence:-

Not less than $10,000,000 shall be appropriated in the current fiscal year to support this program, which shall be subject to appropriation in subsequent fiscal years.
