An Act relative to the addresses of time-share owners.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 32(b) of Chapter 183B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “the managing entity shall keep reasonably available for inspection and copying by any time-share owner all addresses”, in lines 9-10, the following words:- “including e-mail addresses;”
