An Act relative to 40B project lists.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 21 of chapter 40B of the Massachusetts General laws is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-
Every month the Department of Housing and Community Development, or its successor, shall compile and maintain a list of all projects having received site eligibility letters from a subsidizing agency. The progress of each project shall be updated at least on a quarterly basis. This information shall be considered public record and posted on the department’s website in a conspicuous place.
