An Act regulating supplementary proceeding filing fees.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 19 of chapter 185C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “thereof.”, in line 19, the following words:- “For the entry of supplementary proceedings under chapter 224, $30, which, together with the fees of witness and officers in the proceedings, shall be allowed the creditor as costs.”
