An Act relative to attorney-client privilege and attorney work product materials.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 7 of Chapter 4 of the General Laws is hereby amended in clause 26 by inserting, after paragraph (u) a new paragraph (v) as follows:-
(v) attorney work product and attorney-client privileged material.
