An Act relative to credit for good conduct.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 32H of chapter 94C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 9, after the word “reduced” the following words:- , except for any deduction from his sentence for good conduct under sections 129C and 129D of chapter 127,

SECTION 2. Section 32H of chapter 94C of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking, in lines 13-15, the following words:- “work release or receive any deduction from his sentence for good conduct under sections 129C and 129D of chapter 127,”

SECTION 3. Section 32H of chapter 94C of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 13, after the word “probation,” the following word :- or
