An Act relative to justice for rape victims.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 63 of Chapter 277 of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after figure “13L”, in line 4, the following figure: -- “22”
SECTION 2. Said chapter 277 is further amended in section 63, as appearing in the 2014 official edition, by striking the word “sections” in line 13 and inserting in place thereof the word: -- “section”
SECTION 3. Said Chapter 277 is hereby further amended in section 63, as so appearing, by striking the figure “22” from line 13.
