An Act relative to the solicitation of murder.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Chapter 265 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after section 15F the following section:- Section 15G. Any person who, with the intent that another commit murder, solicits, counsels, advises or otherwise entices another to commit murder shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for not more than 20 years, or by imprisonment in the house of correction for not more than 2½ years and a fine of not more than $1,000.
