An Act relative to justices of the peace.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 39 of chapter 207 of the General Laws, as amended by chapter 199 of the acts of 2015, is hereby amended by striking out, in the third paragraph, the words "$25 for applications delivered by mail, facsimile or hand or $20” and inserting in place thereof the words "$105 for applications delivered by mail, facsimile or hand or $100".
