An Act relative to private right of action to preserve public safety.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 123 of Chapter 266 is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following:-
Whoever knowingly, willfully, or wantonly trespasses upon a state highway without just cause may be held liable in a civil proceeding. Just cause shall include but not be limited to a disabled vehicle or medical emergency
