An Act relative to injuries to law enforcement personnel by drivers under the influence of alcohol.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 24D of Chapter 90 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following:-

This section shall not apply to any person who caused any injury to any law enforcement personnel during the events that gave rise to the complaint or indictment for operating under the influence of alcohol.
