An Act relative to juvenile intimidation of witnesses, jurors and persons furnishing information in connection with criminal proceedings.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 54 of Chapter 119 of the General Laws is hereby amended in the third paragraph by adding after the words "Chapter 269," in the first sentence the following:- "or the person has committed a violation of section 13B of Chapter 268,"

SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its passage.
