An Act clarifying the Prevailing Wage Law.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 27D of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “works” in line 5, the following words:- and the inspection, testing and repair of fire protection systems in public building and public works.
