An Act relative to the retirement of Thomas W. Chiocca.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Thomas W. Chiocca shall be eligible to file for and receive creditable service under paragraph (e¾) of subdivision (I) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws.
