An Act authorizing the treasurer of Plymouth county to transfer certain funds.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. The treasurer of Plymouth county, with the approval of the advisory board on county expenditures, may transfer all monies remaining in the post-war rehabilitation fund established pursuant to the provisions of chapter five of the acts of nineteen hundred and forty-three to the stabilization fund of said county to be expended by the county commissioners with the approval of said advisory board.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
