An Act relative to gender in hate crimes.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 39(a) of chapter 265 of the General Laws, as it appears in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words "national origin," in line 4, the following words:- "sex, gender,".
