An Act relative to state employee information privacy.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 7 of Chapter 4 of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in lines 231 and 242, after the words “home address”, the following new language:-
“date of birth, social security number, personal identification information as defined by section 105 of chapter 93, personal information as defined by section 1 of chapter 93H,”
