An Act relative to electronic automobile insurance charges.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 193B of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “nondiscriminatory” in line 3, the following: “no insurance provider shall charge a fee for processing an electronic transaction without written notification.”
