An Act relative to investments by fraternal benefit societies.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 40 of chapter 176 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 41, the words “twenty-five per cent of such excess” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- 10 per cent of assets.
