An Act allowing for retail pharmacy discounts and co-pay assistance.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1
Section 131 and section 226 of Chapter 139 of the Acts of 2012 are hereby repealed.
