An Act requiring MassHealth behavioral health care carve out contracts to be subject to the freedom of information statute.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 113 of Chapter 58 of the Acts of 2006 is hereby amended by inserting after the first sentence the following new sentence:- "The terms and conditions of contracts, including financial arrangements, between any managed care organization and any specialty behavioral health managed care organization shall be subject to section 10 of Chapter 66 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition."
