An Act relative to smart growth school cost reimbursement.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 40S, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is herby amended by striking out the definition “Smart growth zoning district” and inserting in place thereof the following definition:–

“Smart growth zoning district”, for the purposes of this chapter a smart growth zoning district may be either a smart growth zoning district or a starter home zoning district adopted by a community and approved by the department of housing and community development which is eligible for density bonus payments under chapter 40R.
