An Act relative to single-family home construction.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 10 of chapter 40R of the General Laws, as most recently amended by section 48 of chapter 219 of the acts of 2016, is hereby amended by in the first sentence of the first paragraph by striking out the words:– or starter home zoning district.
SECTION 2. Section 10 of chapter 40R of the General Laws, as most recently amended by section 48 of chapter 219 of the acts of 2016, is hereby amended in the third sentence in the second paragraph by striking out the words:– or starter home zoning district.
