An Act relative to wildlife management areas and 40B structures.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 21 of chapter 40B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after the word "consultants", in lines 20 and 21, the following:- ", provided however, the board of appeals shall not issue said comprehensive permit for any structures that are within 500 feet of Wildlife Management Areas, as defined by Chapter 131 and 131A.”
SECTION 2. Section 23 of said chapter 40B, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the words "local needs", in line 8, the following:- ", and structures located within 500 feet of an area designated by the Commonwealth, any of its agencies, or subdivisions thereof as a Wildlife Management Area, as defined by Chapter 131 and Chapter 131A.”
