An Act relative to retired police cruisers.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 92 of chapter 148 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition in hereby amended by striking out the words, in lines 12 and 13 “shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten nor more than five hundred dollars” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “shall be punished by a fine of not less than one thousand nor more than twenty-five hundred dollars.”
