An Act prohibiting the sale of baby body parts and unauthorized fetal experimentation.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, no state tax dollars shall be expended on any organization, or its affiliates, that is found to be in violation of Chapter 112, section 12J of the Massachusetts General Laws.
