An Act relative to speedy trials.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 59F of Chapter 231 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the words “sixty-five” in the title of the section and replacing it with the words “seventy-five”; and by striking out the words “sixty-five” in lines 3 and 4, replacing them with the words “seventy-five.”
