An Act elevating the limit for small claims.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 21 of Chapter 218 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by striking out, in line 6, the number “$7,000” and inserting in place thereof the following number:-
$10,000
