An Act to create a human services training initiative.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 16 of Chapter 6A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the last paragraph the following paragraph:-

The Executive Office of Health and Human Services shall establish and fund an initiative to provide critical training and continuing education to human service workers in the public and private sectors.
