An Act relative to personal injuries or property damage from defective public ways.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1
Section 15 of chapter 84 as appearing in the 2016 General Laws is hereby amended by striking in line 13 the word "five" and inserting in place thereof:-"one hundred".
