An Act relative to fence repair.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 120B of Chapter 266 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 2 by striking the words “or buildings” and inserting in place thereof the following:- buildings, or other structures including, but not limited to, fences
