An Act allowing legislative employees to unionize.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Chapter 150E of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “executive”, in line 10, the following:- , legislative.
SECTION 2. Said section 1 of said chapter 150E, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by inserting after the word “administration”, in line 37, the following words:- the general court acting through its speaker of the house or president of the senate.
