An Act to harmonize wage laws.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 1A of Chapter 151 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “buyer,” in line 31, the following words:- “who does not make daily reports or visits to the office or plant of their employer”

SECTION 2. Section 1A of Chapter 151 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “be,” in line 8, the following word:- included

SECTION 3.  Section 1A of Chapter 151 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 8, the word “excluded”.
