An Act relative to the development of certain land in the town of Orleans.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The restoration of the Old Firehouse located at 44 Main Street and the redevelopment of the Depot Square property on Old Colony Way by a non-profit organization shall be exempt from chapter 149 of the General Laws.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
