An Act authorizing the Norfolk County Retirement Board to acquire real property to use as administrative offices.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Norfolk County Retirement Board may, purchase real property located within Norfolk County for use as administrative offices for its Retirement System.
