An Act to ban smoking in certain public places.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 22(2) of Chapter 270 is hereby amended in line 6, after the words “or a stadium open to the public” by inserting the following: or in an outdoor, pedestrian only public gathering venue;
