An Act relative to food service providers at charitable events.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The second paragraph of section 328A of chapter 94 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- Volunteer food servers at a charitable potluck event shall not be subject to food server regulation by the department of public health or any local board of health.
