An Act modernizing Lottery payment options.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 24 of chapter 10 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the word “agents”, in line 17, and inserting in place thereof the following words:-
“agents; provided, further, that said restriction shall not govern the transmittal of lottery information and sales for the purpose of facilitating point of sale transactions”
