An Act relative to the disclosure of certain police reports.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 97D of chapter 41 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the first sentence the following sentence:- The police department shall notify the victim if it receives any written request for the victim's report.
