An Act relative to the recreational tramway board.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 1. Section 22 of Chapter 22 is hereby amended in clause (b) by striking the words "for a violation of sections 71K and 71N of Chapter 143; and inserting in its place the following:- "for a violation of section 71K of Chapter 143 and fines of not more than $200 for a violation of section 71N of Chapter 143;
