An Act relative to expanding the fee exemption for renewing a license to carry to include veterans.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Section 131 of Chapter 140 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 500, the word “and” inserting the following words:
“, a veteran, as defined under Section 6A of Chapter 115, or”
