An Act relative to the oversight of disability pension benefits.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Subdivision (1) of section 8 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is amended in line 13, by striking the word “thereafter” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- during the ten year period succeeding the date of retirement.
