An Act clarifying the application of judicial retirement law.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 65D of chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking the period in line 72 following the word “offices” in the first sentence of subsection (d) and inserting in place thereof the following:-
“regardless of whether his service in judicial office or offices was continuous.”
