An Act relative to guard point preference for Massachusetts Army and Air National Guard members.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 26 of chapter 31 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 8, the words “all others, in the order of their respective standings.” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- current members of the Massachusetts National Guard, in the order of their respective standings; (5) all others, in the order of their respective standings.
