An Act authorizing public employees' creditable retirement service.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Paragraph (s) of subdivision (1) of section 4 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended on line 397 by striking out the number: “4” and inserting in place thereof the number: “10”.
