An Act relative to injury disability application for firefighters.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 7 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 26, after the word “occurrence” the following words:-

or in the case of first responders that the disabling condition was diagnosed within two years prior to filing of such application.
