An Act relative to benefits for Bridgewater State University police officers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 111F of chapter 41 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 22, after the word "Airport," the following:-
"any police officer appointed under section 22 of chapter 15A,".
SECTION 2. Section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws,as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 294, after the word "Authority;" the following:-
"members of the Bridgewater State University Police Department;".
