An Act providing for equitable retirement benefits for public higher education police officers.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 3 subsection (g) of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the following after the words “University of Massachusetts police” campus police officers employed at state colleges, universities and community colleges
