An Act ensuring investment equality.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 23 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “policy;” in line 334, the following:- “provided further, that said funds shall be invested as part of a process that considers a set of potential investments that includes both woman-owned businesses and businesses owned by underrepresented people of color;”
