An Act relative to the retirement benefits of Michael T. Bondarek.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Barnstable county retirement board shall convert the retirement benefits of Michael T. Bondarek under section 7 of chapter 32 of the General Laws to a superannuation retirement pursuant to section 5 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, calculating the retirement benefits at 32 years of creditable service and the age of 55, regardless of actual years of service or age.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
